Thanks Hanna! It's been well worth the work :)
I did it through maintaining a 1200 calorie diet and exercise a few days a week. Although my biggest help was tracking all that I do and eat though an online food journal, MyFoodDiary.com. It's made the whole process so much easier than doing it alone.

Very inspirational, and you look great! You're just beaming in that second photo : ). I have gone from a size 16 to a 12 with my diet and exercise efforts thus far, so I know what an awesome feeling that is ... and I'm plugging away to get into the 10s too. Thanks for the motivation!
