Good for you! those last few pounds are always the hardest but what counts is that you've changed your habits for good. It's always hard to get motivated to exercise in the winter, I know I'd never go out running in the winter (not since winter track in high school!) Good luck!
Thanks Cranky! Your absolutly right, my habits have definitely changed for the long term and that is biggest payoff. The slimming waistline is just a perk :)

I am so proud of you! I've dropped almost 15, but you can't really tell it. I am not brave enough to post pictures. I've been going to the Y 2 days a week and cutting out junk food totally. When we're at Brian's for thanksgiving, I'm going to try to walk to the park and back a few times. Miss you guys. Send pix of the halloween costumes! Love you! Lori (Mom)
